Below is the woven set I designed for Curry Brand in SS23. I found a very creative way to bring in some storytelling into the cut & sew with Steph’s charity work along with trend research. Some of Steph’s philanthropic efforts are channeled through court rennovations in East Oakland as well as organizations like the Eat. Learn. Play. Foundation , co-founded with his wife Ayesha. The seams of the woven set below was inspired by court rennovation art around the world as well as the patch block trend that was happening in fashion during this period in time. Below is the final product as well as the concept pages and sketches.
